The AI auto-detects whether your topic is better suited for a vocabulary-style path (one concept per day) or a progressive skill-building curriculum, or you can manually choose your preferred path.

Lessons are designed as microlearning — each one takes approximately 5-10 minutes to read. Vocabulary-style lessons are ~800-1000 words (a deep-dive into one concept), while progressive lessons are ~500-700 words focused on daily skill-building.

Free accounts can run 1 active learning path at a time. Pro subscribers can run up to 3 learning paths in parallel (including the Daily News Digest, which counts as one slot). You can pause, resume, or cancel individual paths at any time from your Dashboard. Once a path is cancelled or completed, that slot opens up for a new one.

AI Deep Dive is a Pro-only feature that lets you explore any lesson topic in much greater depth. After receiving a lesson email, click the 🔬 AI Deep Dive button to generate an extended analysis with:

• Deeper exploration of the concepts covered
• Real-world examples and case studies
• Common misconceptions addressed
• Practical exercises and experiments
• Connections to related advanced topics

Each deep dive is generated once per lesson and saved to your account for future reference.

Yes! Every account includes a unique referral link on your Dashboard. Referral rewards depend on your tier:

• Pro referrers: when your friend signs up and subscribes to Pro, you get 1 month free added to your subscription and they get 50% off their first month.
• Free referrers: when your friend signs up, receives 3 lessons, and gives at least 1 feedback, you earn 3 days of Pro access (up to 30 days total).

There's no limit to how many friends you can refer.

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future billing — your existing lessons and history remain accessible for the remainder of your current billing period. After expiry you'll automatically move back to the Free tier with 1 active path and continued daily lessons.

When you sign up, you provide your background (context) and current role or goal. The AI uses this context to:

• Choose analogies from your domain (e.g., explaining APIs in terms of restaurant ordering if you have hospitality experience).
• Connect today's topic to what you learned in previous lessons.
• Adjust complexity based on your feedback history.

The more detail you provide in your background, the better the personalization.

Every lesson email includes feedback buttons: 👍 Helpful, 🤔 Too Complex, 😴 Too Simple, and ❌ Not Relevant.

Your feedback automatically adjusts future lessons. If you click "Too Complex", future lessons will use simpler language, more analogies, and smaller conceptual steps. "Too Simple" triggers deeper, more technical content.

Pro subscribers: Yes! Log in to your Dashboard to see all your learning paths. Click View Full Plan to see every lesson in the syllabus, and click View on any completed lesson to re-read it.

Free users: Past lesson viewing in the app is a Pro feature. You can always refer back to lessons in your email inbox.

Every lesson goes through a multi-layer quality pipeline before it reaches your inbox:

• Rule-based checks — hallucination indicators, relevance, and length validation.
• AI safety review — a separate AI evaluation for accuracy and professional tone.
• Automated recovery — if a lesson fails any check, our Andon Agent tries to automatically fix and re-generate it.

If quality standards can't be met, the lesson is held back and an administrator is notified.

The Daily News Digest is a special path type that replaces lessons with a fresh AI-generated news summary every day. Here's how it works:

• Google Search grounding — the AI uses real-time web search to pull today's actual news stories, not information from its training data.
• Scope selection — choose Global (international headlines), National (country-level news), or Local (your city/region). You can change your scope anytime from View Full Plan → Path Settings.
• Secondary AI review — a separate AI agent reviews the digest for quality, accuracy, and any problematic content before it's sent.
• No quizzes or syllabus — news paths deliver a fresh digest each day without a fixed curriculum.

Important: while we use Google Search grounding for real-time accuracy, AI-generated news summaries may occasionally contain errors or omissions. Please verify important information with primary sources.

From your Dashboard:

• Click Pause All to pause every learning path at once.
• Click Pause next to a specific path to pause only that one.
• Click Resume to restart at any time — you'll pick up right where you left off.

You can also click the Pause Emails link at the bottom of any lesson email.

Yes. Go to Profile Settings on your Dashboard and select a new Delivery Time (EST). Any hour of the day (midnight through 11:00 PM) is available. Changes take effect starting the next day.

Pro subscribers can run up to 3 learning paths in parallel (including the Daily News Digest, which counts as one slot). Free accounts are limited to 1 active path. Scroll to ➕ Add Another Learning Path on your Dashboard and enter a new topic. Each path runs independently — you can pause, resume, or cancel them individually. Cancelled or completed paths free up a slot for a new one.

Yes! Open the full plan view for any active or paused path (click View Full Plan on your Dashboard). You'll see a ⏩ Skip ahead… option above the syllabus. Enter the day number you want to jump to and click Skip. Lessons before that day are bypassed and your next email will start from the day you chose. This is useful if you already know the earlier material or want to focus on a specific part of your curriculum.

You receive a congratulatory email celebrating your achievement. Your completed lessons remain accessible on your Dashboard while your account is active. You can start a brand-new path at any time to continue growing.

You can delete your account directly from your Dashboard. Scroll to the 🗑️ Delete Account section at the bottom of the page, confirm your password, and click the delete button.

⚠️ This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your learning paths, lesson history, quiz results, feedback, and profile data will be permanently deleted immediately. There is no grace period or recovery option.

Yes. Your data is stored in a secure database and is used only to personalize your lessons. Passwords are hashed with industry-standard algorithms. We never share your information with third parties.

microlearn-daily uses Google Gemini to generate personalized lessons. For the Daily News Digest, we also enable Google Search grounding — this connects the AI to real-time web search so your digest contains today's actual news rather than old training data. All AI-generated content passes through multiple safety and quality checks before delivery.

Yes — microlearn-daily is 100% ad-free. We never display advertisements, run tracking pixels, or use third-party analytics.

Your email address is used solely to deliver your daily lessons. We will never share, sell, or rent your email to anyone — ever. You will only receive the daily lesson emails you signed up for (and optional quiz emails if you have quizzes enabled).

microlearn-daily supports up to 50 users per organization. Each person signs up individually and gets their own personalized learning path.

Terms / Vocabulary — Each day covers one key concept or term with a deep-dive explanation, analogies, and assessment questions. Great for learning industry jargon.

Progressive / Skill Building — Each day builds on the previous day's lesson in a structured curriculum, moving from fundamentals to mastery. Great for learning a new skill.

Our Andon Cord Agent automatically detects the failure and attempts to resolve it using alternative generation strategies. In most cases, the lesson is recovered transparently. If the agent cannot fix the issue, your path is temporarily paused and an administrator is notified to resolve it manually.
