microlearn-daily Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the microlearn-daily platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by microlearn-daily LLC (the "Company"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

microlearn-daily provides automated, AI-generated microlearning content delivered via email. The Service is designed for individual professional development and general technology literacy. It is not a custom software development service, nor does it provide certified professional consulting.

3. Educational Purposes Only

All content provided by the Service is generated by artificial intelligence and is intended strictly for educational and informational purposes. The Service and its outputs are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." You acknowledge that AI-generated content can be inaccurate, biased, or outdated. The Service does not provide professional, legal, engineering, or financial advice. While we strive for accuracy, the Company does not guarantee the factual correctness or applicability of the generated content to your specific business operations. You assume full responsibility for how you apply the concepts learned through the Service.

4. Daily News Content Accuracy & Synthetic Disclosures

The Daily News Digest feature uses real-time data retrieval to summarize current events. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any news content delivered through the Service. AI-generated news summaries may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or misrepresentations. You should always verify important news with primary or authoritative sources before acting on it. Furthermore, you are hereby notified that promotional materials or "native" advertisements within the Service may utilize AI-generated "synthetic performers" (digital assets that appear to be human performers). By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept these disclosures.

5. User Conduct and Data Privacy

To generate personalized learning paths, users may provide background context. Users are strictly prohibited from inputting proprietary, confidential, classified, or sensitive corporate data into the Service. You agree to provide only general, non-confidential descriptions of your professional background and learning goals. microlearn-daily is not responsible for the exposure or mishandling of confidential business information voluntarily submitted by the user.

6. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

The Service is intended for individuals and small business teams. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate content related to illegal activities, violence, or explicit material.
  • Attempt to bypass, jailbreak, or reverse-engineer the AI prompt mechanisms.
  • Use the Service at an enterprise scale.

microlearn-daily actively monitors domain usage and reserves the right to cap or terminate accounts originating from a single corporate domain that exceeds our small-business threshold (50 seats). You also agree not to resell, white-label, or redistribute the generated content as a commercial product.

7. Intellectual Property

The microlearn-daily platform, code, and underlying architecture remain the exclusive property of microlearn-daily. The educational content generated specifically for you may be used for your personal or internal business learning purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, microlearn-daily and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination and Service Discontinuation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these Terms. Additionally, the Company reserves the right to permanently discontinue the Service at its sole discretion. In the event of a permanent discontinuation, the Company will provide at least 30 days' notice to active paid subscribers via email. Our sole liability in such an event will be a pro-rata refund of any pre-paid, unearned subscription fees. No refunds will be issued for free or promotional access.

10. Rewards and Promotions

The Company may offer promotional rewards, including "refer-a-friend" time-based unlocks or "Pro" tier access credits. These rewards: (a) have no cash value; (b) are non-transferable; and (c) expire immediately upon account termination, service discontinuation, or at the end of the specified promotional period. The Company is not obligated to provide cash refunds or "buy back" any unused promotional time or credits.
